A vertically integrated group focused on the unfinished work of building healthcare infrastructure in West Africa — from patient-facing delivery, to pharmaceutical wholesale, to the holding structure that makes both fundable.

01 · Operating company
InnovaRx Global Health
West Africa’s first vertically integrated pharmaceutical and HIV service-delivery platform.
Founded in April 2015 and operating in The Gambia since 2019, InnovaRx Global Health serves more than 200,000 patients across all five regions of the country — through wellness centres, mobile units, e-commerce, motorcycle-based last-mile delivery, and the WOW Health vending-machine network providing 24/7 access to HIV self-testing kits and essential health products.
The platform integrates HIV, non-communicable disease, sexual and reproductive health, and diagnostic services into a unified primary care model with shared clinical protocols, EHR infrastructure, and bi-directional referral pathways with the public sector. Cross-border coordination along the Senegambia corridor extends services to mobile populations that conventional facility-based programs miss.
Partnership inquiries are welcome from philanthropic funders, DFIs, multilateral donors, pharmaceutical and diagnostics partners, and operators interested in adapting elements of the model in their own markets.

02 · Pharmaceutical wholesale
Kartan Pharma Limited
Licensed pharmaceutical import and wholesale infrastructure for West Africa.
Kartan Pharma Limited is the group’s pharmaceutical import, warehousing, and wholesale distribution subsidiary — established to address the structural gap in licensed, well-capitalised wholesale infrastructure across West Africa, a gap that constrains every downstream actor in the value chain. Operations include customs and clearance, regulatory filing, and direct relationships with manufacturers and downstream pharmacies.
Kartan Pharma sits within an active Series A round under Kartan Holdings, targeting development finance institutions and impact investors. Sister operating companies under the same parent include Kartan Health Club and Kartan Water. Investor inquiries are welcome; the investment memorandum and term sheet are shared on request.

It is the contracting and IP-holding entity for cross-border partnerships, joint ventures, and platform licensing arrangements, with a shareholder structure spanning more than twenty noteholders converted into the equity round.
